CLASS SCHEDULE
We are a Movement based Strength & Conditioning program which focuses on performance and mobility.
Our training cycles are programmed 6 weeks at a time, with 7 workouts a week repeated 6 weeks.
Every cycle will have a different focus, some being more strength focused and others being a blend of strength & conditioning.
