But we often forget that nutrition has a lot of natural healing properties too!


As a culture, we've gotten so used to buying into the "quick fix".

We're told to drink diet drinks to help us lose weight - but these drinks are filled with chemicals AND studies suggest that they're linked to metabolic issues and heart conditions.

Fad diets and weight loss programs tell us that we can eat whatever we want within a calorie window to lose weight.
